Since Michael's tragic passing, we (along with a lot of support from family and friends) have tried to turn his tragedy into a triumph by creating the Michael T. Ellsessar Memorial Fund.

1. Mike & Time Ellessar Memorial Scholarship - Medical Training & Equipment, CPRS/AED's - was awarded to the graduating senior boy and girl at Sutton High who most emulate the qualities of our sons Mike & Tim. A love of sports, music, school and service.
2. The Michael T. Ellsessar Memorial Fund has awarded The Mike & Time Ellsessar Scholarship - $18,000 in College Scholarships so far to Graduating Senior Sutton High Students since 2011.
3. Mike's Sporting Spirit Mission Store - A gently used sporting goods store located in the first floor of the First Congregational Church of Sutton - 308 Boston Rd in the center of Sutton, MA. All kinds of sporting goods can be found here - from soccer cleats and basketballs to hockey skates, soccer balls and all things golf. Please stop by! Michael T. Ellsessar, 16, died Monday Nov. 15, 2010 at Mary Lane Hospital in Ware, after being stricken while playing high school football at Quaboag High School in Warren. Mike was born and raised in Sutton, MA. He was in the sophomore class at Sutton Memorial High School, where he was an honor student, a member in the high school band, a varsity member of the Sutton Track & Field Team (Javelin & Relay).
Timothy Ellsessar (18) joined his older brother Michael in Gods Kingdom of Heaven on Wednesday evening July 29, 2015. Tim tragically passed while boating and swimming on Lake Manchaug on the Douglas / Sutton, MA2 line.
